1. Purpose of processing personal information
Lui Technology processes personal information on Voice Ai Things 5G, Voice Cloud, and Selfie TalkTalk (hereinafter referred to as the app), and is not used for any of the following purposes.
A. For Android, Android.permison.RECORD_AUDIO
B. For iOS, Privacy – Microphone Usage Description
C. Use in Voice Ai Things 5G
Connecting to a bidirectional server via Lui Technology Voice Things hardware device
For voice communication with the user.
D. Use with Voice Cloud
For voice communication with other users who have accessed Lui Technology’s Voice Ai Cloud server.
E. Use in Selfie Talk Talk
Used to connect to Lui Technology selfie talk server and send images
2. Processing and holding period of personal information
A. Voice Ai Things 5G
Lui Technology app uses microphone privileges during the period when the user starts the two-way service by operating the app and terminates the two-way service.
B. Voice Cloud
Lui Technology Voice Cloud app uses microphone privileges during the period when users who are registered as owners on the server start live and end live.
C. Selfie talk talk
While using the app while talking to Lui Technology selfie talk app, microphones and cameras
Use permissions.
3. Items of personal information processed
Lui Technology app handles the following personal information items:
A. Voice communication with other users on a two-way server
– For Android, Android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO
– For iOS, Privacy – Microphone Usage Description
Use only to communicate your voice to others. Data is not collected and processed for any purpose other than that.
4. Matters concerning the destruction of personal information
In principle, Lui Technology app destroys the personal information without delay if the purpose of processing personal information is achieved. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows.
– For Voice Ai Things 5G, the personal information used is used only for voice communication with other users on the two-way server of the Voice Things hardware device.
– In the case of Voice Cloud, the personal information used is intended only for one-way voice communication between users registered as owners on the Voice Cloud server and users registered as guests.
– In the case of selfie talk, the personal information used is used only for the delivery of photos taken by the app on the selfie talk server.
– Data is not collected and processed except for the above purposes.
– The above permissions are no longer used when deleting the app.
5. Matters concerning measures to secure the stability of personal information
In accordance with Article 29 of the Privacy Act, Lui Technology app takes the following technical/managing and physical measures to ensure stability.
A. Immediate destruction
– When a user exits the app or terminates a two-way service, the user’s voice information is immediately destroyed.
– Personal information used to log in is automatically deleted when the app is deleted.
6. Matters concerning the person in charge of personal information protection
Lui Technology is in charge of handling personal information, and designates a person in charge of personal information protection as follows to handle complaints and remedy damages by information subjects related to personal information processing.

7. Matters concerning changes in personal information processing policies
This personal information processing policy shall apply from the effective date, and where there is an addition, deletion, or correction of changes in accordance with statutes and policies, from seven days before the enforcement of the changes
